Custom Orders: Each cup wrap and cup is made specifically to your order, and because these are personalized items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the order is placed and processed.

Quality Control: We take great care in ensuring that each product is crafted to meet our high standards. Please review your order details carefully before finalizing the purchase, including personalization, color choices, and design.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Customer Responsibility:
Ensure that all customization details (e.g., name spelling, design specifications) are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided details.
